Add watermark on picture uploaded
How do you think that add watermark on your picture? I added a function to wordpress MU to add watermark on the picture. It's still in beta. See the picture.

That would be qooool for WPMU users
you should add some option for user whether to use this feature or not. because some uploaded picture may not be copyrighted by the user.
